1.When can I redeem my voucher once I have purchased it?

Most vouchers are ready to process on our end 2-3 business days AFTER the specific deal has closed- unless stated otherwise. This allows for our company to best support and deliver the product(s). 

2. What happens if I processed my voucher online before the date specified?

Do not worry. Your order is safe with us. However, the order will not be processed until the date specified by the deal.  An email will be sent to confirm your voucher order.

3.  Is my order subject to sales tax?

This will depend on the specific deal.  If it was purchased with taxes included, there will be no additional tax added.  If the deal did not include tax, then at checkout you will have the opportunity to pay the appropriate tax rate for your Province.

4. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping is included in the cost of the item. Priority shipping may be available for an additional cost. Handling is an extra fee depending on the product size, form, and weight, unless otherwise stated in your deal details.

6. What if I have purchased more than one voucher?

Transactions are LIMITED to 1 voucher per order. If you have purchased multiple vouchers from one of our partnered websites, you must complete them one at a time.  Before proceeding with CHECKOUT please ensure there is ONLY 1 item in your cart or you will be asked to pay for the additional items at Checkout.

7. How do I redeem my voucher?

To redeem 1 voucher at  a time please follow the simple steps below:

1. From our store, please click on the item that applies to your deal, you may also find the product using the search feature.

2. From the main page of the item, select colour or size option (if applicable) and then "ADD TO CART".

3. Once you have added the product to cart, you will be directed to the "Shopping Cart".  Please confirm only 1 item is in the Shopping Cart before proceeding.  From within the Shopping Cart enter your exact voucher code in the Discount Codes Section and then click on "Apply Coupon".

4. Once your code has been approved you will see a $0.00 balance and then click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT"

5. You may log in or check out as a guest in the next step and then simply follow the steps to complete your form.

6. Under "PAYMENT INFORMATION" you will see 3 options, please click on "VOUCHER VERIFICATION".  If you only see 2 payment options and "VOUCHER VERIFICATION" is not in there, please check to ensure you only have the 1 item in your cart, or the system will expect you to pay for the balance.

7. Finally, please carefully review your order and make any necessary changes from the menu on the left for address or billing info.

8.. What is my discount code?

Please look for the email or on your online account info from the website that you initially purchased from.  They would have given your a Coupon or Voucher code that you can use to redeem.  If your code is not showing as valid at check out, please make sure it is the correct code.  You may contact the company you ordered from to verify your correct code.  If the code still does not work please email info@widgetlove.com or call  us at 1-800-990-6771
